Only 50 yards from the River Oude, this traditional stone cottage enjoys superb unhindered views west over Loch Melfort up to the high hills of Creag an Sturra.

Step through the front door into a generous entrance hall with plenty of space for coats and boots, leading into the large sitting room. Here, a large wood burning stove creates a cosy focal point, with a double sofa bed for occasional guests and a flat-screen Smart TV for relaxing evenings.  The living room also features a delightful dining area with plenty of seating for everyone.

The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen with a breakfast bar and thoughtfully equipped with an oven, hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine – perfect for preparing family meals and social breakfasts together. 

Upstairs you’ll discover three inviting bedrooms: a peaceful double room, a bright twin room, and a bunk room with two sets of bunks – sleeping up to ten guests in total (including the sofa bed).

A main bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower, WC and basin provides everyday convenience, while an additional shower room with its own WC and basin serves the bunk room, making family stays comfortable and practical.

Outdoors, Farm Cottage 2 features a small enclosed front garden with seating, ideal for morning coffee, al fresco meals, or simply soaking up the fresh Highland air. With ample onsite parking and welcoming policies for well-behaved pets, this cottage effortlessly combines scenic rural charm with thoughtful amenities.
